We collect only what we need to:
give you secure access to appointments, summaries and questionnaires;
keep in touch about changes, reminders or support issues;
maintain the reliability and security of our platform;
improve the Service through anonymous statistics;
send health tips or product updates only if you have asked to receive them; unsubscribe any time.
Each use is grounded in one of the legal bases recognised by Israeli law—usually “legitimate interest”, “performance of a contract” (for care you request) or your explicit consent.
Personal data is stored on encrypted servers in Israel or in leading cloud centres with proven security standards. Access is limited to staff and professionals who need the information to treat you or to keep the Service running. We use strong encryption, network firewalls, periodic audits and two-factor authentication. No internet system is perfect, yet we continually work to keep your data safe.
Your details are never sold or rented. They leave Taliaz only when:
you ask us to forward a summary to a doctor;
licensed clinicians need the data to advise or treat you;
trusted providers (cloud hosting, SMS, payment, analytics) perform services under strict confidentiality;
the law, a court order or a life-threatening emergency requires disclosure;
Taliaz restructures or merges, in which case the recipient must honour this policy.
Some partners operate outside Israel. Whenever data crosses borders we use contracts and industry safeguards that meet Israeli requirements and, where relevant, the EU adequacy decision for Israel (Decision 2011/61/EU).
At any time you may request a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it or, if the law allows, have it deleted. Send a message to [email protected] and we will respond promptly. Opt-out links are included in every promotional e-mail, and cookie settings can be changed in your browser.
Medical information is kept only as long as necessary for treatment, follow-up and compliance with applicable laws and health-record guidelines. Technical logs and backups are removed when they are no longer needed for security or troubleshooting.
The Service is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a child has provided data, please contact us so we can remove it.
If we update this policy we will post the new version here and, for any significant change, place a clear notice in the app or send an e-mail before it takes effect.
